Grady turned one on February 13th. He had a party with family and a few friends. It all started off well...
He opened presents, played with friends, and had fun....
He didn't want to eat a single bite of his cake though....
He seemed happy enough
Even took a few steps with Aunt Ash's help. What we don't have any pictures of is his 102 fever and his puke all over the hardwood floor. Poor baby had a stomach bug and was sick the entire night of his first birthday.
Another night, happy in the tub. Really, he is never sitting down, but happens to be in this picture.
My class did a program called Read with the Buffs so we got free tickets to the Buffs/Texas game. We only planned on staying through halftime, but it turned out to be a great game and the Buffs knocked off #5 Texas. (And Grady was really good!)
He even earned his ticket since he read during the game. (With grandma)
