The day before our scheduled C-section, the last day as a family of 3 humans and a dog. We were on our way to drop Grady off at Grammie and Papa's house.
Little did he know there really was a baby in mommy's tummy like we talked about for the past 9 months....
Laine Olivia, born at 10:26 A.M. Weighed 6 pounds 4 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.

Lainey and her BFF Andie who was born 3 weeks earlier. She has an IV in her arm because she got x-rays and a cat scan on her second day of life. She has a mass in her lungs and will need surgery sometime soon. She is a fiesty little girl and we know she will be strong and recover quickly!
Grady came to visit on Lainey's first day. He was great and loved her new elephant, Ellie. After awhile, he got a little sad and couldn't figure out why mom and dad could not leave with him. Good thing Grammie took him to McDonald's and all was right in his world again.
Grandpa came to visit everyday we were at the hospital. He's in love with his newest granddaughter.
Auntie Crystal brought us home from the hospital since dad was working. Grady was so happy to see us and very excited to meet his little sis for the second time.
We're in love.
