These two are becoming closer and closer. Ava finally "gets it" and can play Laine's make believe games. They play together well and have a great time.

For real, this is how she sleeps. In our bed.
There was an icy day the end of January and I slipped coming out of Ash's house while holding Ava. I went to the ER because I fell so hard, I was worried about the baby. They got me right up to labor and delivery and hooked up to the machines. Baby was fine. Thank goodness. My elbow, on the other hand....
I went home that night, but went back the next day for an X-ray. It was swollen with fluid around it, so they couldn't tell if it was fractured for sure or not. When that is the case, they treat it like a fracture. I got to wear a splint for a week and then went back. They wouldn't do another X-ray since I'm pregnant, so now I have a sling for two weeks. Ha!
I just had to document, me taking my blood sugar (4X a day) one handed. This winter has been quite entertaining to say the least. Entertaining or depressing. Depends on how you look at it. ;)
But it will all be worth it when our little baby boy or girl arrives in the next few weeks. The first purchase we have made for this baby. We also just got a new carseat since Grandma told us the plastic on carseats lasts 6 years.... Grady is 7. So, we have an outfit and a carseat. They'll let us leave the hospital. Once we get home, the baby will not have blankets, diapers, clothing or wipes, unless we get our acts together ASAP.
How she feels about a new baby coming. She tells me everyday, she's the baby. This could be interesting.
She still likes her swimsuit. A lot.

They were dancing on the coffee table/trunk thing, when Ava said, "Friends, give me a hug." She likes to call them her friends.
We have a house!! It is farther along now, but this was in January.
