Grady was up at his usual hour and we had to wake Laine and remind her it was Christmas. She was so cute when I got her, she said she just couldn't wait to look in her stocking and see if Santa remembered she wanted a cute little mouse. She opened her stocking and went through everything, but there was not mouse. She said, "I guess Santa just didn't want me to have a little mouse." With her little lisp and high pitched voice. So cute. The good news it, Santa did bring a couple mice. They were just wrapped up in wrapping paper! Phew!

Santa brought Grady what he wanted too. An Air Hog- a race car that goes on the wall and ceiling. The bad news is, the Air Hog didn't work. So Santa gave us the receipt to return it and get something better. He went with a Lego Set:)

This sweet little thing figured out how to crawl on Christmas. She has since perfected the skill, but had some of her first moves on December 25, 3 days before she turned 9 months old.
Grandma made some snowman donuts for the kids for Chrismas breakfast. We also had cinnamon rolls and our usual strawberry smoothies. Yum!
The cousins came over around 9 and it was time for the next round of stocking/present opening.
The Doc Mobile Clinic was another favorite present. Laine loves to play Doctor and uses it all the time!
Such a fun time with all the kids opening presents. Grandma did- Something you want, something you needs, something to play with, something to read. Great idea, and she is always so thoughtful with gifts. We got lots of great stuff!
The Marble Run is a hit and has been played with a ton already. Dad might play it by himself every once in awhile. Hehehe!
