The boys had their first campout in the backyard this summer. As you can see from the clouds, it was one of those afternoons/evenings that the storm clouds were here to stay. But once you've told two three year olds they are having a campout and they've been asking everyday for a week how many more days, hours and minutes til the campout....there would be a campout rain or shine. And there was rain. Lots of rain. But it ended with a beautiful rainbow.

Lainey tried to crash the boys' party, but we went inside to our cozy warm beds and left the boys out back.
Doesn't everyone end a night of camping while watching 'Diego' on their ipad??
They even slept all night and woke up to pee outside the tent around 6.
Might be a yearly tradition!
